Recent Developments

Greetings Whistleblower Pie Community,
We are excited to share significant progress in our ongoing remonstrance efforts. Our relentless pursuit of accountability and justice has reached new milestones, and we want to keep you informed about these critical developments.

Petition of Remonstrance (POR) Expansion:
As of April 2024, Montana has officially joined as the 38th state in our remonstrance action. This expansion underscores the growing support and recognition of the importance of our cause. We are actively engaging more states to join our initiative, aiming to bring widespread awareness and action against systemic financial malpractices.
Engagement with TIGTA:
We have initiated communication with the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA). An initial email has been sent, and we are preparing to send a hard copy to Acting Inspector Heather M. Hill. This action aims to push for sanctions and court dunning audits of fraudulent foreclosures disguised as tax avoidance measures .
Demand for Redress:
We have issued a comprehensive "Notice of Presentment for Liability in Affidavit and Proof of Claim" to Governor Gavin Newsom as well as 35 State Agents, Representatives, and other key officials Noticed across this nation further outlined below. These notice addresses the defalcation of public trust and demands immediate action to rectify the fraudulent activities impacting land records across the state.

Conditional Settlement Agreements:
Our team has meticulously crafted Conditional Settlement Agreements and Limited Releases to be used by our members. These documents outline the necessary steps for remedy, including the purging of forged documents, comprehensive audits of land records, and the establishment of supervisory commissions to oversee land record integrity.
Support from Legal Precedents:
Recent rulings from the US Supreme Court, including the landmark decision in Sheetz v. County of El Dorado, California, has reinforced our stance on homeowners' rights and the protection of property under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
